Who we are

Founded by two lifelong animal advocates, friends and seasoned veterinary technicians, Pinelands Unleashed Rescue Co. was born from a shared mission to give animals a second chance in the heart of New Jersey’s Pinelands.

With over 15 years of hands-on medical experience each, both founders bring a deep understanding of animal health and behavior. Their careers as vet techs have given them the skills to care for animals with complex medical needs and the compassion to comfort the most vulnerable. They’ve worked with a wide range of species and breeds- from injured wildlife and feral cats to senior dogs and misunderstood bully breeds.

Driven by a love for all creatures and a passion for ethical rescue, they now dedicate their lives to providing a safe haven for neglected, abandoned, and medically fragile animals. Pinelands Unleashed is more than a rescue-it’s a promise to speak for those who can’t and to restore hope, one life at a time.
